Questions or concerns?

LearnerLens provides non-diagnostic educational support reports designed to help parents and adult learners better understand learning patterns, strengths, and practical next steps based on the information shared with us.

Educational information only

All content, reports, summaries, recommendations, and materials provided by LearnerLens are for educational and informational purposes only. They are intended to support understanding and practical next-step planning.

No diagnosis or treatment

LearnerLens does not diagnose, treat, assess, or confirm any medical, psychological, developmental, behavioural, neurological, or learning condition. Nothing in a LearnerLens report should be interpreted as a formal diagnosis, clinical opinion, or regulated professional assessment.

Not professional advice

LearnerLens does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, counselling, legal, or other regulated professional advice. If you are concerned about a learner’s health, development, emotional wellbeing, behaviour, or learning needs, you should consult a suitably qualified professional.

Parent-submitted information

LearnerLens reports are based on the information submitted by parents, guardians, or authorised adults. The quality and relevance of the final report depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

For learners under 18, the service must be requested and authorised by a parent, legal guardian, or another competent person lawfully authorised to act for the learner.

No guaranteed outcomes

While LearnerLens aims to provide high-quality and helpful educational insight, we do not guarantee any specific academic, behavioural, developmental, or school-related outcome.

Not for emergencies

LearnerLens is not an emergency service. If a child or any person may be at immediate risk of harm or requires urgent medical, psychological, or safety support, please contact an appropriate emergency service or qualified local professional immediately.

Third-party use

LearnerLens reports may be shared by the customer with teachers, tutors, schools, or other professionals. However, LearnerLens does not guarantee acceptance of the report by any third party and is not responsible for how it is interpreted or used by others.
